I used my Bank of America XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card ending in XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX to XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX child ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, using XXXX premium rewards points ( Air Order ID : XXXX ). Official complaint number registered with Bank of America is XXXX Due to a national emergency declared by the president of XXXX, I was unable to travel to XXXX and therefore could not take the connecting flight to XXXX. All my other bookings including international flights and hotel reservations were successfully refunded by their respective providers due to this exceptional situation. However, Bank of Americas travel desk struggled to assist with the refund or modification, despite me calling XXXX to XXXX times. XXXX XXXX directed me to the Bank of America travel desk, but Bank of America never facilitated that communication and kept citing the need for a waiver ID from XXXX, which they never obtained. Everytime, they tried to give different resolutions just to delay the processs This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially during a government-declared emergency. I am requesting a full refund or reinstatement of the XXXX points used for this booking.
