Upon receipt on XX/XX/year> we noticed the electric toothbrush would not power up and would not hold a charge. The Pursonic electric toothbrush was defective/damaged. We spoke with Pursonic customer service about the defective/damaged electric toothbrush and they advised us we was a 30 day guarantee on the electric toothbrush from the day we received it ( XX/XX/year> ). We mailed back the defective/damaged XXXX XXXX toothbrush via UPS tracking XXXX XXXX and it was signed for by XXXX on Tuesday, XX/XX/year> at XXXX West XXXX XXXX, New York XXXX New York XXXX XXXX We disputed the {$53.00} charge directly with USBank since we have been unable to successfully get a refund processed from XXXX. We filed disputes regarding the {$53.00} Pursonic charge with USBank on XX/XX/year>, XXXX via Customer Service Representative XXXX and on XXXX via Customer Service Representative XXXX. Each time the dispute case XXXX XXXX does not actively pursue a refund as requested each time. Very frustrating. We are very dissatisfied with USBank 's handling of our dispute with XXXX.
