Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC, et al XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Virginia XXXX Subject : Debt Validation Request and Demand for Removal from Consumer Reports Dear Portfolio Recovery Associates, I am writing in response to your recent communication regarding an alleged debt that you claim I owe. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ), I formally request a full and complete validation of this alleged debt.
