Citibank Department of collection is showing that no payments XX/XX/20 and XX/XX/20 totaling {$880.00} were received for forbearance accordingly to the loan statements which mean that I supposedly paid XXXX of XXXX payments in that year. But I sent Citibank my checking account statements for the entire 2020 year showing them that XXXX of XXXX payments were done to that loan.
