I am filing this complaint against Bank of America ( BOA ) due to the unjustified closure of my account without any explanation or notice. I have done nothing wrong or suspicious, only transferring my own funds between my accounts at Bank of America and XXXX. Following the closure, Bank of America sent me a check for my remaining account balance, which was subsequently stolen. I have attempted to resolve this with Bank of America but have not received adequate assistance or resolution. This money is critical, as it covers my rent and basic living expenses.
