My mortgage is already paid off and then company is still having me pay mortgage, I brought it to their attention that they have added over {$150000.00} to my principal, which they credited me back back roughly {$50000.00} ( this not the correct amount credited off the top of my head ) but the won't credit be the full amount and the company do not want me to even talk about it, but they keep telling me that my account is refer to and attorney, while I was on a payment plan wait, but because the wont get it together that is the reason why I have to keep playing so they would not use my not paying as a tool to take my house. I had stop paying for at one time for almost a year because I don't owe anymore mortgage payment, however, a family friend attorney told me that I should still pay until everything is resolved, so that is why I am still trying to pay. There are documents that I did not sign, notaries that I never met, and more fraudulent documentation that I knew nothing about, it is a mess, but I was working with them, and I can not do it no more by paying mortgage on a house that is supposedly paid off, actually the company owe me not me owing them, but the company refuses to credit me the balance the owe me for after I over paid. the hardest hit had even paid roughly {$48000.00} and the can not give a good explanation on where that money went.
