I have had autopay sent up to pay my student loan set up since XXXX XXXX. In XXXX, Mohela made some change in their system and I was given a new account number. My auto pay was changed to reflect this account number update and ever since then, Mohela does not post my payments. I have checked with my bank and they confirm the payments were sent. I have spent months trying to contact Mohela but can hardly ever get in touch with anyone because wait times are 4-6 hrs. I ask for call back, but never receive one. I did talk with one representative finally one day, she told me to upload the bank statements and the correct department will take care of it. That was XXXX and nothing is fixed. I am now XXXX past due so now my credit score is being affected even though I pay my loan every month. Mohela is ruining my life.
