I purchased a vehicle on XX/XX/year> @ XXXXpm. I put down {$1000.00} cash and secured insurance for full coverage. The vehicle is a XXXX XXXX had XXXX miles and I was provided a car fax stating the vehicle was a CLEAN TITLE and car without issues. My vehicle has since broken down on XX/XX/year> and has been to several matching shops that can not fix the issue of the shaking and failure to start due to stalling. I have spent hundreds in XXXX fees getting back and forth to my 2 jobs will stop being liable for the car note and insurance! XXXX XXXX initially failed to cover towing or the 1st two diagnostic fees at the car repair shops leaving me out of over {$300.00}! My car now remains un drivable and the most recent mechanic states that the car was in an bad accident and has been reconstructed once they looked under the hood! XXXX time failed to disclose this information to me which is illegal practices! This vehicle is damaged and does not have a clean carfax as advertised! They need to buy back their vehicle or replace my vehicle with an equal or similar vehicle that works properly! im requesting refunds on my XXXX cost, Out of pocket expenses for diagnostics as well! im about to lose my job without a reliable car and XXXX is over {$80.00} per day just to get to and from my job. Im very disappointed and Ive been scammed! I tried contacted Drive Time and received no assistance to resolve my issues. I demand a resolution immediately!
