Consumer Narrative
To Whom It May Concern, This notice is to dispute the Federal Student Loan obligation and enforceability due to Administrative transfer due to the current Federal Administration 's actions. According to the terms of the promissory note I agreed to, I am responsible for paying loans back to the U.S. Department of Education, who my loans were originally distributed from. Recent federal action has eliminated or reassigned the Department 's responsibilities with the Small Business Administration now serving as the managing entity. This constitutes as a substantial and unilateral alteration of the agreed upon terms of my Master Promissory Note, materially changing the administrative authority, servicing infrastructure and potentially the regulatory protections outlined under the original contract which also possesses a Borrowers Rights and Responsibilities Statement. Therefore, I dispute the continued enforceability of this obligation under its current structure. Prior to this decision made by the federal government, I have been denied access to my Loan Servicer despite providing date of birth and social security number. The only way to contact this servicer to resolve this issue is by phone, which consistently reports 2-5 hour wait times. This also has barred me from making any changes to my account to protect myself from this change that was not agreed upon by myself as a borrower. I am requesting that this series of loans be formally reviewed for discharge, cancellation, or legal reevaluation due to the change in administering agency. Please provide written response with position and any available dispute resolution options to return to original terms outlined in agreed upon contracts. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
