( There's a XXXX code, too, but I'm omitting that in this message for security reasons. ) I have been unable to use the card to make purchases online or get the card stored in my XXXX virtual wallet. I've followed all the directions that are available on the XXXX website, and I've tried calling XXXX, but there is no way to reach an actual person to talk to, and the phone prompts are not helpful. The email I received with my card in XXXX says I can request a physical card on the XXXX website, but there are no instructions on the website for how to request a physical card. I would like to receive a physical card that actually works, or a check in the amount of {$450.00}. Internet research suggests that XXXX is not a reputable business.
