In XX/XX/year>, my checking account was charged by XXXX {$450.00} for a future subscription that was cancelled and acknowledged by XXXX Initially, Bank of America refunded this amount to my checking account in XX/XX/year>, however, in XX/XX/year>, Bank of America charged my account for the entire amount once again. Bank of America informed me I was required to address the issue directly with XXXX, despite providing proof of the subscription cancellation from XXXX. What is both disappointing and frustrating, is that my wife, my son and I have numerous accounts with Bank of America, including a brokerage account. Their handling of this matter has been laissez-faire and unprofessional at best. Attached is a copy of the letter sent to XXXX by my attorney and the subscription cancellation.
