I went in person to deposit my IRS Tax Return at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Michigan XXXX of {$18000.00}. I called this morning and spoke with two representatives who said that IRS has not released the funds. I asked them to approve of it for me like they did two months ago for my settlement at XXXX. They said no. I went to the bank, she said she could not locate any code on my account. I called again and asked why they aren't disbursing the {$220.00} or the {$5000.00} that is required by law. She said there is no law they can hold it for 7 days. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said that they dont have to give me the {$220.00}. I asked for the specific exemption and I read them the law. She said no and I said okay I am reporting you then.
