Consumer Narrative
My XXXX XXXX were placed on an administrative forbearance. I did not request the forbearance, because of the SAVE program being held up in court. Mohela has been charging me interest, I also was forced to consolidate my loans for the SAVE program, and it was a little over {$53000.00}. Now interest is being charged monthly, and my loans are now over {$55000.00} that happened within the last two months. Trying to call Mohela is a nightmare, they give you the run around and put you on hold for hours. Then they direct you to the website. This is getting ridiculous, and zero communication about anything.
