Have been trying for 7 months to get reimbursement for overpayment on my loan that was forgiven in XXXX. Higher level customer service literally wrote that I would be given a check within a few weeks. Then another customer service rep said that wasn't true and said 90 business days when I was originally told it was expedited and it would be 30-60 days. Now it will be 90 business days next Thursday and I still have not recieved my reimbursement.
