As a part of EarnIn there is a product they offer called XXXX XXXX. EarnIn claims that they can get your payroll check deposited in your bank account sometimes 2 days early. My payday was XX/XX/year>, and as of XX/XX/year> I still have not received my paycheck. I spoke with my employer and payroll provider, XXXX. XXXX confirmed that they sent the direct deposit to the routing # and account # provided by EarnIn. I have spoken with multiple customer service representatives. They use a prepared excuse that they, have not received the direct deposit and to wait until they do. Upon further insisting that they look into the matter, the story changed to it is an issue with their banking partner, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After calling XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they said that EarnIn was having issues on their end and could not help. I did more research and found this has happened multiple times, which would lead me to believe either they have never worked to fix the issue or blatantly do not care to. They made sure to debit my account and leave me overdrawn and unable to pay bills, pay for food, and pay for gas. My intuition tells me that they lack the liquidity or ability to borrow funds to meet these obligations periodically. I would sincerely appreciate some type of legitimate/thorough investigation into the matter.
