Hello, I contacted Chase regarding a fraudulent transaction around XX/XX/XXXX stating that I see a charge on my account that I didnt authorize. Attached will be the two transactions I am referring to and the conversation between me and a representative from XXXX XXXX. XXXX transaction I reported was around XX/XX/XXXX which is XXXX XXXX XXXX amount was {$210.00} the other transaction from XXXX XXXX {$700.00} which was reported yesterday XX/XX/XXXX since I had just noticed that the charge wasnt reversed. I got a call today, XX/XX/XXXX stating that they denied my claim because the transaction was through XXXX XXXX. I told the agent that just because it was through XXXX XXXX doesnt mean that it was authorized by me. He advised that I speak to a representative at XXXX XXXX which I did and have proof that I didnt make the charge which I am about to submit to them. Also, the agent stated that he will send my case to another team to further review.
