I am filing this complaint due to multiple violations of federal law committed by Aidvantage. These violations include : Failure to Provide Debt Validation Under 15 USC 1692g ( b ) I submitted a formal request for validation of an alleged debt, demanding the original promissory note, security agreement, and proof of lawful assignment. Aidvantage FAILED to provide any of the required documentation within the mandated timeframe. Reporting Inaccurate Information to Credit Bureaus ( FCRA Violation - 15 USC 1681s-2 ) Despite my dispute, the company continued to report inaccurate and unverified debt to the credit bureaus, damaging my credit. This has led to higher interest rates, credit denials, and financial losses. Attempting to Collect a Debt Without Legal Standing ( 12 CFR 201.3 ( a ) ( 2 ) & 201.3 ( d ) ) Federal Reserve regulations require lenders to possess and produce the original promissory note in order to enforce an alleged debt. Aidvantage has failed to provide this and continues illegal collection activities. I Sent a Formal Demand Letter via Fax I Requested Documentation Proving the Debts Validity They Ignored My Requests & Continued Illegal Reporting As a result of these violations, I have suffered the following damages : Financial Losses : Increased loan/credit card interest rates. Emotional Distress : Harassment and credit-related stress. Denied Opportunities : Rejections for housing, employment, and financial products.
