Dates and amounts and actions taken are on the attached documentation. I have been trying to clear these fraudulent charges since I first reported them XX/XX/XXXX ; over 4 years ago. Back and forth. Back and forth. Four of the fraudulent charges were remove back in XXXX. I have asked for evidence to support Merchants charges and have received NOTHING! There is a total of 10 fraudulent charges and 4 were removed. What makes the other 6 different? XX/XX/XXXX, I texted Apple Card/GS to dispute 6 fraudulent charges that I was informed were closed and the amounts would remain on my account. Per text I was told I would receive temporary credit during the dispute investigation. To date I have not received such credit.
