About 1 year ago Bank of America changed XXXX account to paperless billing without my knowledge with lead me to be late on paying those bills bc i never got them. In the process of settling the matter Bank of America insisted that i was the one to change those settings, knowing this was a lie i asked for any evidence at all that i made some direct action to change those settings. No evidence was provided. Bank of Americas response to me was trust us, you are at fault here. Which of coarse is laughable. I trust Bank of America about as much as they trust me. The result of this was Bank of America heartlessly and without ethical direction, damaging my good name and credit. Here we are again. I received a notice saying that XXXX of my accounts have been changed to paperless billing again! I DID NOT CHANGE THIS SETTING! Again I ask for any proof that i am the one that changed this setting. I want Bank of America to make right the damage they did to me one year ago financially and to my credit rating also they must stop this deceptive practice, and also i want a letter of apology
