I am writing to request an investigation of the following information that appears on my XXXX XXXX XXXX consumer report : Source of dispute information : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of disputed information : Previous Checking Account Dates associated with item being disputed : XX/XX/XXXX Explanation of item being disputed : This incident does not claim to be fraud. The return reason is for insufficient funds which means I did not have any money in my account for the purchase to go through. The amount for this fraudulent activity was {$9.00}. There would be no reason for me to jeopardize my account over {$9.00}. For the dates XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, it has the same amount of {$9.00} which means these have been recurring purchases and the same amounts. Due to this, this does not seem to be fraudulent. I will provide evidence from my consumer report that was provided to me.
