I have have been being garnished for the past year now for about {$200.00} every payday ( biweekly for me ) equating well over {$400.00} per month causing me extreme financial hardship and had become worse and worse. I have tried contacting the company in which have have been garnishing me and they don't really give me any information basically leaving me to figure out what the heck is going on. I've contacted the person who allegedly sued me and they informed me that the monies owed were from XXXX years ago and she can not find my file and that the damages to the property rental were in fact not mine. So I've been paying for the person who rented after me damages to the property. My ex husband is also responsible however I'm the only one who was sought after.
