Consumer Narrative

I am filing this complaint regarding an inaccurate item on my credit report that continues to negatively impact my credit. Despite my efforts to resolve this directly with reporting agency, to remains unsolved. XX/XX/XXXX my vehicle was repossessed. I made a phone call to Chase Auto Finance department to figure out what happened. I was told by a Chase representative that I would be taken to court. The representative told me a date that I allegedly received the notice of repossession XXXX XXXX XXXX. I looked through my mail and told the representative that I never received this notice. The representative said I had to pay off the car completely in order to get it back {$27000.00}. I then made another phone call the Auto Finance department XX/XX/XXXX and a rude representative she then told me I had another date I allegedly received this repossession notice that I told her I never received with was XX/XX/XXXX. She claimed that I had returned mail as she was typing on the computer to change the information. I asked her when I made on time payments why did they report to my credit I was behind 60 days ( XX/XX/XXXX on time, XXXX XXXX 60 days behind and XX/XX/XXXX on time ). She could not give me an explanation instead she had an excuse and was being rude about the situation. I email XXXX XXXX of Chase myself on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a phone call from a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) he told me not to contact XXXX anymore and that he would handle the investigation. XXXX XXXX asked me for dates of the last representative I had spoken to on the phone call he informed me that he did not see a notice of repossession date and that I did not any returned mail. The morning of XX/XX/XXXX I received another phone call from XXXX XXXX in this conversation he is now saying the complete opposite of the previous conversation that him and I had. Upon this phone call XXXX XXXX has taken up the price of the initial principal of the vehicle to {$28000.00}. He informed me that I have until XX/XX/XXXX to refinance the vehicle with another lender. He also was typing on a computer to change the information in their system. This company has been adding on fees and has now damaged my credit report. The information this company is reporting is inaccurate and this is fraudulent reporting to my credit report.
