Ive been attempting to get on the save plan for the past 6 mo the. My application has been processing the entire time. Initially, I was placed on a processing forbearance. I then found out that the forbearance was not automatically renewing every 60 days like I was initially told. Instead I would have to call back every 60 days. This wouldnt be an issue if I could get prompt assistance. It takes between 4-6 hours to even get to the first representative. Then it takes an additional 2 hours to get the problem solved. So typically this is a 6-8 hour process. Completely unacceptable when the issue takes less than 5 minutes for the representative to resolve.
