Ive recently filed a complaint with XXXX. Per their recommendation, I pulled all three of my consumer reports and found damning evidence of illegal reporting. They only reported to XXXX and XXXX. Under the FCRA and industry reporting standards lenders and services must include accurate and complete information. Key required fields are as follows : Date Opened Original Balance Current Balance Credit Limit Payment History Current Account Status Date of Last Payment Date of First Delinquency Date Last Active Charge-off Date ( where applicable ) Collection Status According to these consumer reports, your agency is in violation of SEVERAL FCRA guidelines. The information furnished to XXXX includes none of the required data points per the FCRA. Furthermore, youve reported i have made payments for YEARS that i have no knowledge of. Upon inspection of the XXXX reports, you failed to furnish several data points per the FCRA and furnished inaccurate information regarding the Date of Last Reported Update ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I have not made any legitimate activity that would require you to report this information to the CRAs. Even more egregious is the Date of Last Payment is reported as XX/XX/XXXX. I did not make a payment nor am I aware of who made that specific one or any of the others preceding it. Attached are copies of this illegitimate account I pulled directly from the credit bureaus. I am asking for this erroneous account be deleted and Im seeking monetary relief for each and every inaccuracy your company furnished to the CRAs over the years.
