My vehicle I was finciancing through Chase bank sent my vehicle in for a repossession. I was never properly noticed of this until the day the vehicle was taken. I made a phone call to Chase Auto Loan department and explained the situation. I was told I was going to be took to court and was given a day I allegedly received a notice of repossession I checked my mail and never received that and told the representative. Upon speaking to the representative I asked why did are they reporting on my credit inaccurately I was on time with payments but they reported to my credit I was 60 days behind then the next month I was on time with payments again. I was never given explanation but received an excuse. As I was talking to the representative they were changing the information on the computer to make their side of the story true. I spoke to another representative on XX/XX/year> she was very rude and was also changing information in the computer to make a story. She then proceeds to tell me a different date of the day I allegedly received a letter of repossession and I had returned mail. I emailed XXXX XXXX myself. I was contacted by a XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, he told me to not contact XXXX and that he would handle the investigation. He told me I did not have returned mail and that he needed the day I was last in contact with a representative. I told him the day and he said he would get back to me. XXXX XXXX gets back in contact with me and now saying the complete opposite of our previous phone call and proceeded to change my principal balance on the vehicle placing it higher on my credit report. I could not refinance with another company because of Chase Auto Finance. They are ruining my credit scamming people.
