The department of education / Aid advantage reported my student loans as delinquent 90 days. I was never notified that they were out of deferment and forbearance. I was never notified that the loans were 30 or 60 days late. This has negatively affected my credit report. In addition, I attempted to speak with a supervisor regarding my account. I was told someone would give me a call back. I am requesting for me credit report to be corrected.
