Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX. All of my Chase credit cards were closed by Chase Bank. I received their letter saying that I have too many disputed transactions on my account. However, I have provided all the details for all the disputes I raised. I met several fraudulent transactions as well. I am very unsatisfied with the Chase security system and alert system, which always malfunction when needed. Chase is not willing to help me reopen my card. Please help me keep my bank card open.
