I have been a Bank of America customer for over ten years, residing in XXXX XXXX and the XXXX. Recently, my account was blocked due to a security alert triggered by a XXXX transfer. The bank 's verification process requires a U.S. phone number, which I do not have, making it impossible to complete the verification. Despite multiple calls and significant expenses, the issue remains unresolved, and I am now being asked to visit a XXXX branch in person, which is not feasible. I seek assistance in resolving this matter without the need for travel. Please note the number they have on file for my account is my XXXX account, I receive OTP from all other company such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX without any problem. It's only Bank of America IT that can't send text to this number. I even call them with this number and occur a roaming charge over {$100.00} for that call, but that was not enough for them.
