In XXXX I Financed ( through a local credit union ) a buyout of my lease on a XXXX XXXX XXXX which was ending, I received a check for a few dollars for overpayment from XXXX XXXX XXXX Financing after the purchase but never received the information to bring to the DOL to have my new lender added onto the title as a lean holder. I've called numerous times and they claimed to have sent it but after I spoke with them today I was informed they didn't have my address correct even though I had previously received documentation from them and never once did I authorize or ask for a change of address. Because I have not been able to add my current lender to my title my interest rate jumped from 4.6 % to 19.4 % for over 2 years and after close to if not more than XXXX XXXX dollars in difference i finally figure this out despite on every call reiterating my correct appartment number to the operator.
