On XX/XX/year>, I requested to cancel to my income contingent repayment plan for a consolidated XXXX XXXX load with Mohela and to change change my loan to a extended graduate repayment schedule plan. They agreed over phone. They provided confirmation number of change- # XXXX As of XX/XX/year>2025 they not make any change to my plan and did not communicate at all with me after this phone call. My account still is on the XXXX plan and Im being billed almost {$1000.00} more a month as a result. I have federal right to change my plan.
