Bank of America will not reimburse me my refund from a claim. I purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX and never received my items. I reached out to the bank to receive a refund. But the stated the merchant show details I bought the item and it was accurate. I never received my items that I bought but they are allowing the merchant to keep my money. I reached out to the merchant and they literally stated they cancelled my item and I need to reach out to my bank for a refund but Bank of America letting the merchant keep my money. I have had problems with this bank taking my money out the blue for no reason and no not giving me a refund for a purchase a bought.
