XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is XX/XX/XXXX I was recently banking with Citibank so I had a checking and savings account with them but I also had XXXX XXXX XXXX so I transferred two XXXX dollars withdrawals from my XXXX XXXX XXXX to Citibank which made that XXXX dollars on the XXXX of XXXX so it wasnt never available too me in Citibank but I seen that they took it out my account for XXXX XXXX so I called numerous times about this. The first call they said it will be ready on the 4th so I waited till the XX/XX/XXXX still nothing, the second call they said its ready in your balance its available to you now thats after the XXXX I called again told them no money was available to me my account has been locked I cant get in it or see anything so they open my account then thats when I told XXXX XXXX about whats going on they said call Citibank tell them to release my funds back to them so I did.But Citibank never did that so I opened up a investigation with XXXX XXXX to help get my money back they did a full investigation found out that everything came back like I said they took my own money but wont release it to me but the couldnt help me get it back because they said Citibank has closed your account now.so I calls agin they said we gon na send you a check rite away you should have it in a few days so I waited nothing then I calls back they tells me I dont have no money here and hangs up the phone.so I tried filing a complaint with bbb bureau didnt get no response I tried filing a complain with DATCP nothing happened they caused me suffer distress I got ta eviction notice I couldnt pay none of my bills and I told them this they didnt care at all, so now Im just hurt not knowing what to do Im just trying all I can to get my money back Im on social security SSA benefits Im begging you too please help me
