I understand that you have assumed a vital role in assimilating information on me as a federally protected consumer. You are impeding the banking system, because you are not vested in insuring that my credit report or consumer report are fair and accurate. Your inaccurate and unfair reporting has impaired the efficiency of the banking system because I have now lost confidence in the system because you are not vested in insuring accurate consumer reporting. You have undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system with your unfair and inaccurate reporting. I am not able to take advantage of a system that no longer benefits me. You have been constantly violating my rights of privacy. There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. I have not given you explicit permission to report any information. You are required to adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to me the consumer. You are willfully non compliant. You are violating my right of privacy, your violating my rights as a federally protected consumer.
