I am a XXXX employee currently on PSLF program. I will be with my employee over 10 years now during Covid and the pause I stayed in good standing. When Covid ended, and they introduced the safe plan I started to make payments. My account was accurate at this time. While everything going on was confusing, I printed all of my notes and every contact with customer service I kept getting placed in administrative forbearance. I was told my months would count, and that my borrowers defense was still in progress. And next time I called, I was told they werent counting and that I would need to do a buyback. I started working with the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and have not had a break an employment. I should be eligible for PSLF for forgiveness. I could list all the dates that I talk to people between MOHELA and student aid. XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX MOHELA never seemed to know the answer and just wanted me to make payments. During my last phone call, I believe the representative knew what she was talking about and she said she had no idea why my borrowers defense was still sitting there and not touched for over nine months. It shouldve been finished.
