On XX/XX//2024 I received an XXXX for my XXXX. I was billed {$630.00} and subsequently paid off the debt with my HSA account on XX/XX//2024. I have attached my HSA transaction export which clearly indicates I paid my bill on XX/XX/2024 for {$630.00} to XXXX XXXX. XXXX. XXXX did not account for my paid bill and sold an incorrect debt to SCSI in my name. Since XXXX. XXXX sold an incorrect debt to SCSI and I have been receiving non-stop telephone calls from SCSI indicating I owe a debt that was paid off months ago. I have not received any letters from SCSI indicating I owe a debt and thus have been unable to refute the debt in writing. I do not want to contact SCSI as they have an unfriendly and aggressive demeanor and are requiring that I either contact them via phone or through a form on their website that forces me to allow SCSI to contact me via text, something I do not want. I have attached a few documents, the first document is the CSV export of my HSA transactions, outlining I paid XXXX. XXXX the above amount of {$630.00} on XX/XX/2024. The second document is another confirmation I paid from my XXXX mobile app. The third is an incorrect billing statement from XXXX. XXXX indicating that XX/XX//2024 I still owed the debt despite having paid it off almost two months prior in XX/XX/ 2024.
