Purchase date XX/XX/2025 Purchase amount {$3500.00} Seller info XXXXXXXX XXXX Remaining balance {$3300.00} I filed a claim with PayPal regarding this matter and they denied the claim. I was told I needed proof that it was not delivered. I contacted the seller and although XXXX tracker says the items were delivered, the photo they attached shows that nothing was on my front porch. The seller wrote a letter to PayPal stating that is clear from the proof XXXX sent that there was not anything on porch. PayPaXXXX received the XXXX phots, the letter from the seller and the police report number. Yet they still refuse to credit my account. XXXX from PayPal states that the item I attached, and photo was not enough proof. I continued to ask what more is needed. She stated that the seller has nothing to do with the shipment, the photo from XXXX means nothing because they printout says it was delivered. The seven boxes may have been delivered but it was not at my house. The proof is in the picture that XXXX attached to their response.
