Hello, I was a victim of identity theft and someone opened lots of credit card using my name. XXXXJPMC Is one of them they opened this card on : XX/XX/XXXX - Opened XX/XX/XXXX - Closed The address was used during the opening time wasnt mine not I ever lived at that location. I reported to the JPMC fraud department but they came back said the charges are valid. I told them many times I never received that card and not only this card I am facing identity theft issues but they never believed me and now they found me after I applied for one of their credit. JPMC send me 1099-C to report on my tax returns which I never spent. Bank is not helping me to resolve this issue. Could you please help me to resolve this matter. Thanks, XXXX XXXX
