I currently have student loans in forbearance with Mohela. I have the SAVE plan and I have received a message on XX/XX/2024 saying that my account will continue to accrue interest. I called to clarify that there should be no interest accruing because I was forced into forbearance due to the court ruling. Mohela verified I was correct and I was told the interest would be taken off my account. In XXXX my account continued to accrue interest and there was no interest removed from my account, I called again and was told " when the government pays your interest it will come off your account.
