On XX/XX/year>, I received a letter dated XX/XX/year> ( sent on XX/XX/year> ) informing me that my interest rate was being increased to 20 %. The reason given was that I had allegedly not made my mortgage payments. This claim is completely falseI have never missed a mortgage payment, and I am not behind on my payments. For over a year, this company has been attempting to change my monthly payment, claiming that I have not been responsible for paying property taxes. However, I have made payment arrangements with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and have been consistently making payments. Despite this, the lender has unilaterally paid the full amount of the taxes, disregarding my agreements and the payments I have already made. And never inform me about it. this a second year they are doing this action. Additionally, they have tried to impose insurance providers on me, even though my home has had an active insurance policy. My originally agreed-upon monthly mortgage payment with the bank I obtained the loan from is {$930.00}, but now this company is arbitrarily demanding {$3100.00}, alleging that I have not paid XXXX. However, per my original loan agreement, XXXX was not included. I have provided all necessary documentation, sent multiple emails, and made weekly phone calls, but I have received no resolution. I can not afford to pay the arbitrary amount they are demanding, nor do I accept the interest rate increase they are imposing. They are violating my rights by forcing me to accept terms that were not originally agreed upon, failing to honor the contract. I request an immediate investigation into these unfair practices and a resolution that respects the original terms of my mortgage agreement.
