Apple Watch was stolen by my wife 's underage brother while he was taking care of me after having XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. He is a XXXX XXXX and took advantage of me being passed out on pain meds over XXXX hrs. He proceed to run up to {$4000.00} plus in purchases and used my apple watch to verify the charges. The watch was then used to purchase fast food and other stuff. When I finally saw the charges on my apple card I notified Goldman Sachs and filed a police.report with the XXXX XXXX Police Department over the charges and the stolen watch. I sent all revelent documents from the police and the merchants over to Goldman Sachs Apple Card. The investigation into the gambling charges are still pending under review just under 60 days into the investigation while the lesser charges from Fastfood etc have been ruled in my favor and closed out. I am worried that Apple Card/Goldman Sachs is going to put the gambling charges on me since they are extremely high dollar amounts. Apple failed to provide me resolution docs that some purchases were found in my favor and closed and that other charges are still under review.
