On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX to find out if I owed money because when I try to use their service, transactions would not go through. I spoke to XXXX rep XXXX. She said I have money in collections. I asked to be transferred to the collections department and she refused. I asked for the phone number to call and she said they dont have a number. Ive been asked for the corporate headquarter address And she refused to give that information as well. I have never received any correspondence from them regarding the outstanding collections. They have my email where information could have been sent! I also called so that I can pay which I told XXXX. Since they are refusing my money, they need to take it out of collections and show as satisfied. If they want the money, Im prepared to pay, but not any additional fees since I was never made aware. Also, XXXX demeanor, and especially her attitude was less than acceptable!
