XX/XX/year> I was nit well. I had open another account for my grandkids due to my illness I had XXXX check deposit nit realizing I had sent it to chase. It was meant to go to other account. So I stopped payment on. Them. And then they told me they came back well of course I stopped payment in them and was fixing to close chase account in the next couple weeks. Well when a check for XXXX was deposited for that account. They put it XXXX XXXX my account tool out.iver draft balance.. then froze.my.account. they were supposed to send my check for remaining balance.after i went in to close and give my.debit card to bamk which i did now.they.decided to procrastinating telling me that they want verification from person who wrote it even though it cleared and.it was in my account.then asked XXXX open another one.hell no.so after all that still have not received. My check that was supposed.to be aent.oit the XXXX of XXXX. Dealings.with them amd.bs since that day. I am I'll and.trying to get.things in order. Then next few months will be tough I shouldn't have to go through this. Going through enough heartache an. Wverytime incall chase its another lie.or.excused pain now.
