This is now the " FOURTH TIME I AM FILING AGAINST US Bank ReliaCard '' XXXX BECAUSE I JUST FILED IDENTITY THEFT ON THEM SINCE THEY NEVER UNLOCKED OR UNFROZE MY ACCOUNT AND KEPT {$10000.00} FROM ME BACK TO XXXX AND XXXX, PLUS THEY STOLE FROM more than XXXX people 's money for disaster relief during the covid situation back in XXXX. Their time started from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. I unfortunately was incarcerated for 2 months during XXXX and XXXX of XXXX and when I got out I noticed I had XXXX charges that were fraudulently used by my cards or somebody while I was in XXXX, XXXX and possible for me to have done it which I provide the information to us Bank ReliaCard people which they said they would send me a new one and cancel that one and two file an identity theft report. Which I did and then the next thing I know I get my new card in the mail and they will not activate it because they said my account has been frozen due to fraudulent activity I said yes I know I'm the one who called you guys about the fraudulent activity cuz I'm out {$770.00} and I filed identity theft report as you asked and uploaded the documents to them and they gave me the runaround for 90 days all the way through XXXX of XXXX which is now 120 days so that they would not have to pay the claim or any more money to me unbelievable I can not believe that I had to go be evicted got my car repoed was homeless hungry back at the end of XXXX and the XXXX of XXXX had to endure this fraudulent bankster activity and lies while US Bank employees embezzled the money. Since then I have a claim form that sent to me almost a year ago now on XX/XX/XXXX of last year telling me that they're going to make right for the XXXX XXXX that you guys had them rightfully set up on a trust fund to pay us back for all the damages they did to our lives back then and they're doing the same thing again deny deny deny my whole claim they denied the whole thing saying I didn't send them any documentation which is a bold-faced lie I sent them exactly two full packets of what they asked for the password or archives and they know that so they're asking for provide paperwork they know that we are unable to do deny. Then I filed another claim through you guys on XXXX of this year and they paid the claim originally filed for {$770.00} from XXXX and XXXX years ago not the XXXX they owe me for the repossession to car the XXXX they stole from me and the {$10000.00} eviction that I had to go through and the homelessness that I went through in XXXX. THIS HAS TO STOP US BANK IS BEING FRAUDULENT AGAIN THEY ARE NOT ADHERING TO ANY RULES, PAYING BACK ANY CLAIMANTS... YOU MUST STOP THEM I HAVE FILED AN FTC REPORT AND WILL PROVIDE THE NUMBER RIGHT NOW AND UPLOAD THE DOCUMENT TO YOU AS WELL PLEASE HELP I CRIED A SORROW UPON SORROW OVER THIS EVERYDAY TELL THE WHOLE WORLD US BANK IS STILL FRAUDULENT AND XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
