I filed unemployment at beginning of pandemic but I didn't ever get any funds or approval. Nothing, when I tried to call back and after hours and hours of being on hold. I would get thru but after I give my name, social, and birthday they would tell me it's not the correct information and they couldn't give me access to the account ..Then they would tell me that they were disconnecting the call. Frustrated and without my funds I went thru this for 2 years never being able to access funds. It wasn't until XXXX or XXXX that I just happened to get the right agent to listen to me and probably go against there procedure but got me access into my account that was paid to someone else... the addresses were not mine.. the birthday wasn't even right.. so after I changed the info to my correct info they wired me a few XXXX dolars..meanwhile I was already homeless and lost everything. They had Paid my funds to someone else and then they did a investigation and told me they had reason to believe it was me that they paid. I have XXXX percent proof that it was not me that the funds were paid to. I can provide whatever I need.. I want to take them to court. I feel they owe me at least XXXX dollars of money that they never paid me not to mention. The pain and suffering.. I'll take what they owe me if they paid in full but I don't think they will so I am prepared to sue them if need be.
