Late fees have been added to my account for the last XXXX ( XXXX ) months ; one shows credit given than added back into the account summary. I called the company trying to point it out questioning the accounting and they flimflammed me. So I terminated the call. The second late fee charge is related to the first too. Enclosed are documents showing the dates when my check was written with ample time to be received in both cases. It doesn't take 5-7 days to mail a XXXX class letter to Illinois. Thank you
