On Thursday XX/XX/XXXX CitiBank blocked access to my account without permission. They then proceeded to say they can not help me until i received a reference code in the mail. Once the code arrived, i spoke to fraud prevention and they said i would gave access back to my account within 15 minutes. It has been over 24 hours since and they have not unlocked my account or given me access to withdraw or transfer the funds from my account.
