In summary, my husband has been on the phone with Mohela for hours from XXXX to XXXX with little to no response to the wearabouts of a check mailed. It has been confirmed cashed by the bank by Mohela. However Mohela can not tell us where the funds are or properly place the amount to my account despite over dozens of phone calls. Hello I spoke to agent number, XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from the XXXX XXXX, however she was not able to resolve my issue. I was transferred to the " Resolution Department '' however at that time the call disconnected, please provide an update regarding the issue below : Hello on XX/XX/XXXX a check from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$20000.00} was mailed by my husband from address XXXX was sent for the account " XXXX '' to Mohela 's XXXX XXXX XXXX address. However this is the incorrect account number, the correct account number for my account is " XXXX '' This check was cashed on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Department of Education Mohela . However as of XX/XX/XXXX the amount of XXXX has not been deposited into my account. Please remit this payment to the appropriate account.
