I went to the Chase bank in XXXX XXXX off XXXX XXXX. It was XXXX and I went to put my rent and bill money into the ATM.. It was about $ XXXX {$1700.00} and after I put it into the slot, the slot closed, the machine took a long time to think and then printed a receipt that said " make sure your deposit went through ''. NO. It didn't. So I went into the bank. They said they don't have anything to do with the ATMS and gave me a number to call. I immediately called the number and they said the money would be in my account within 2 days, which is great because I needed to pay rent. I looked on XX/XX/year> which is 2 days after the event and I was still negative in my account. I called chase and they said it needed further review and would take 10 business days now. I needed to pay rent yesterday and I still have bills that are going past due now. They say there is nothing they can do. I left a review online and I am not the only one this has happened to.
