XX/XX/year> @ XXXX, I received a letter from Synchrony Bank that they have closed my JCPenney 's account due to " high risk failure to pay ''. I then called Synchrony and asked to speak with management to explain to me where they received this information, and I would like my credit card immediately reinstated. I then XXXX XXXX at Synchrony, who states she can not do this due to my account was closed. I asked to have it re-opened and she can not do this as well, she can only send a letter to corporate, and this will take approximately XXXXdays for a response. To reach Corporate you can only send a Fax # XXXX or letter, as ( they have no phone number )? I asked XXXX where she got her information about me being " high risk '', XXXX said XXXX. XXXX said there was an issue, but she did not know. I expressed to XXXX that this is a lie, and I do not appreciate having my character defamed. I asked XXXX is their fraud on my account. XXXX said no. I asked XXXX are there any outstanding balances that I am unaware of, XXXX said no, you paid you balance on time. I said I will contact XXXX. XXXX XXXX I XXXX XXXXXXXX with XXXX XXXX he stated I have zero derogatory remarks on my credit however my JCPenney Synchrony account is gone! My account is no longer showing on my credit report. XXXX from XXXX is mailing me a letter about this account. XXXX also said I should contact the CFPB and I can report this if I like. XXXX XXXX Contacted Synchrony once more, could not find XXXX XXXX so I XXXX XXXX in management XXXX My account has not been reinstated, XXXX said that can take up to 60 days. I expressed to XXXX to please note that I will be contacting CFPB and if I need to go further the XXXX XXXX XXXX office. That they can not insult and attack someone's character and defame me and ruin my credit going forward if I do not hear back in a timely manner.
