Moved XX/XX/year> from XXXX to XXXX. I changed address on my online account page. Fraudulent charges occurred for under {$2000.00} in multiple states all across the country. I phone Citibank, a new card was issued. It never came though. I called every week, and checked to make sure my newest address was on file. Every call, every week this happened with the same response -- just wait for another 4-7 day -- -over and over. The customer service agent could barely speak English and I dared not to ask for a fluent English speaker. You know, the racist thing. So I just kept banging my head against the wall and repeating the same inquiry. I was told that the mailman must be stealing the card. Please help. It's not been over 2 months into this nightmare, hours on the phone, on hold or waiting for them to do something, escalate the issue. But nothing has happened. They refused to vary from the script... ..Just 4-7 days and magically a new card with appear. I can no longer See my CD account online, it has matured and I need to roll it over or change the account type. My " settings '' in my profile are now frozen. Please help.
